- Holds can be placed on library materials via our online catalogue, in person, by phone, or email.
- To request items by phone, please call 519-291-4621.
- If you are set-up with email notifications for holds you will no longer recieve a phone call notification.
How do I return my borrowed items?
- Return chutes at all three locations are open and ready to collect any items.
- Return any NPPL items to any branch in-person at our circulation desks.
- Please bring puzzles and board games to the circulation desks, do not use the chutes to avoid damage or lost items.
My library card expired, what do I do?
Visit any branch, email, or call us: 519-291-4621. It is a quick process, but requires communication.
How do I sign up for programs or events happening at the library?
Visit our programs page to find the program you are interested in, click on it to expand and fill out the form. Simple as that!
Do you offer printing services?
Printing, photocopying, faxing, scanning to email is available.
